The Survival Games

(You probably know about this) The Survival Games is basically the Hunger Games in Minecraft. You hunt down other people to win. I want to tell you some things that happened and things that always happen in the Survival Games.

Funniest Kill Ever

I was in third place, had nothing. Except mushrooms maybe. I was sneaking while on some vines on a building. I saw an iron armour guy walking by down below. He didn't see me. After a little later, I randomly died and people kept saying "OMG funniest kill ever!" I asked what had happened and they said that he landed on top of my head. Weird. 

The noobs who cry "hacker!"

People, when they die sometimes, they say "hes a hacker!" They only say that because they didn't want people to think that they're better than them. People even sometimes say someone's hacking when they're already dead and they see a fight and sometimes when the person they think that hacking dies. People are weird on there. Someone said someone was hacking because there was the sprint particles under his feet and he wasn't moving. He was in a fight at that moment and he lost. The guy who claimed he was a hacker wouldn't give up on making people believe he was a hacker.

Minecraft Celebrities get on sometimes

I just learned this with I was playing on server us25 it said "Server: Paulsoaresjr is on us26!

I tryed to get on it. It was full. I finally got on it and I kept asking is paul here. 20 seconds later I lost connection, "End of Stream" This might mean that Minecraft celebrities get on sometimes, but AntVenom gets on Skitscape's server. (scitscape.com)

Update

I'm working on a game called Kitcraft. One word. Not KitCraft. Kitcraft. It's a game I'm making (obviously) based off of Minecraft. Also one word. I'm making my game on Scratch. A website where you can make games, animations, simulations, etc. Kitcraft was originally called "Kitaria," based off of Terraria. I had an idea of what Terraria was like, but I didn't really know about it much so I changed it.

Minecraft 1.3!!!!

Minecraft 1.3 is coming out and there is a whole new things coming, like

-Villager trading

-Tripwires, which activates a redstone power source when touched (Let's see that in the Survival Games xD)

-Emerald ore

-Ender chests

-Being able to see the cracks in blocks when other players are breaking them in MP

-Adventure mode (/gamemode)

-"Large biomes" world type

-Ender portal frames added in creative

-A demo mode in non-premium Minecraft.net accounts

-No need for coal to power furnace Minecarts in creative

-Cool new creative screen

-Potions now appear in the creative screen

-Larger inventory in creative and deletion box

-Singleplayer will be a local server (?)

-Hardcore multiplayer (HMP)

-Block of emerald

-Sandstone stairs

-Cocoa beans way less rare (Found in jungle trees like apples in forest trees)

-New cocoa bean texture

-You can write in books (Squids are useful now) (May be really useful in MP)

-New golden apple made with golden blocks

-New Bottle o enchanting in survival

-Chainmail armour in survival

-New dispenser features

-Changed the gravel texture

-New slabs and stairs

-Wood slabs behave as wood now

-Specific names for different things (ex: Oak wood)

-Redstone can be placed on slabs and stairs

-Different crafting recipe for books

-Brewing stands now can used with shift + click

-Easier item manipulation within inventory

-Empty buckets are now stackable

-Wooden tools can be used to be burned in furnaces

-Silk touch can pick up ender chests, ice, and glass pane

-XP orbs gained when mining ores and smelting 

-The first 16 levels are linear while 17+ require more points per level to the level of 30

-Enchantment table reorganized

-New pyramids found in deserts

-New jungle temple

-Tesificates, when they spawn in desert biomes, they have a different style

-Stars look better.

-Villagers spawned from a spawning egg now have a different profession.

-Commands in singleplayer

- new /tp command

-Bug fixes

1.3 is really going to be awesome!

Scratch 2.0

I can't wait for Scratch 2.0! It will have a BUNCH of new things!

It will have something called cloud variables and lists. That is when if you vote for something, and it was 6 but now 7, it will appear 7 for everyone who views it. Same for lists. This would be very good for high score lists and chat rooms. And now you don't have to download Scratch - You can now create projects right from the sight!

What's better, Minecraft or ROBLOX?

I know Minecraft and ROBLOX are rivals, and people always argue over which one is the best. I'm going to use air and rebut for seeing which one is best. The following headings are pros and cons about MInecraft and ROBLOX.

Minecraft

Pros

The pros of Minecraft is,

1- The nice people on servers

2- Constant updates to make the game better

3- Lots of people use proper grammar

4- Creativity is endless

5- Not everything is handed to you

6- There is mods to change the game, and a choice to download them or not

Cons

1- Griefers and trolls on multiplayer servers.

2- People that cuss on multiplayer servers, with a chance of kids being on that server

3- Bad mods, such as drugs mod

4- Mods are really confusing to download.

ROBLOX

Pros

1- Build whatever you want, creativity is endless, literally. It's up to you.

2- ROCKET LAUNCHERS!

3- Advanced scripting, for advanced people, leading to some pretty good games.

4- Every game is like a huge mod! (Mods like in Minecraft)

Cons

1- Terrible players. They can do multiple things, such as:

Spam.

Grief.(destroy your stuff)

Threat.

Use free models

OD (Online date)

Copy ads(made by players)

And hack.

Kinds of spam are-

Copying and pasting something like "HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH I'M SPAMMING"

and constantly sending that to the chat box.

Riots are people saying on stuff like hats "Guys this hat costs too much! copy and paste this to make it lower!

Spam clean is making a comment starting with "SPAM CLEAN" and spaces all the way down.

Also tricks, like "Copy and paste this on 9 different hats and 5 different shirts then message Builderman (the head admin) "The code is 686585. Now for 100 robux." Nothing actually happens.

A type of threat is "GIMME 500 ROBUX OR I'LL HACK YOU!"

Ads are pictures on the ROBLOX website that try to make you click them, leading you to their game or whatever. Most are made by players, some are made by like managers at some business.

People can easily copy ads and make people start getting mad, leading to disaster.

Yes, that IS stuff you see everyday on ROBLOX.

A famous player, SONICTHEHEDGEHOGXX is a free modeler and an ODer. You know what OD means but free modeling is when people put their models on the site, they become free models. Anyone can use them. Sonic the hedgehog ONLY uses free models, and he's too lazy to even build anything. And once he copied a whole entire game, called "Live in a 5 Star Hotel" or something like that.

I'm not done. That was one whole reason about terrible players.

2- Money Hungry Admins

There is something on the site called "Builder's Club"

It is basically cool upgrades that cost $199 for lifetime.

5 dollars a month is another choice, but it adds up.

Also TBC and OBC. Turbo Builder's Club and Outrageous Builder's Club.

They are just better upgrades that cost way more. OBC cost like $400 dollars.

And if you want to buy any kind of builders club, it leads you to OBC. There is a tiny button

that leads you to TBC and BC.

Yet the title of any ROBLOX game has "Free Games at Roblox.com"

I know it really is free but it's crap unless you have atleast BC.

3- Retarded Rules

In Minecraft, if you're bad on a server, then you'll get banned from that server for a short amount of time.

In ROBLOX, if you do something bad on a game, You can't play at all for a medium amount of time.

Also no outside links on ROBLOX.

So no, you can't show your friends your cool ROBLOX video.

Everyone disobeys game rules and gets away with it, so it ruins the fun in all.

4- Brainwashed little kids

If a kid enters ROBLOX, they can't get out. "Mom, will you buy me Builder's Club?"

6 months later

"Mom Builder's club again! This time Turbo."

6 months later

"MOM GET ME OBC RIGHT NOW"

They start to rage about ROBLOX and force their parents to buy it and if they don't, then they will throw a temper tantrum. They start to say stuff like this in chat, "hay der n00b y u desroyng mah car STOOP IT I"LL KILL UUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

 They argue like this, "minecraft sucks you have to work hard to actually play it ugh"

But they barely even give any reasoning why Minecraft sucks. They usually just say it sucks with no reason why. They will grow up with no life. OH WAIT, they already don't have one.

They also judge games by their graphics, not gameplay. 

5- People barely get on.

ROBLOX might have millions of players. 2/3 of them never and I mean NEVER get on.

An admin on ROBLOX went to join World of Warcraft. I don't blame him.

Overall, ROBLOX has potential but doesn't use it.

Minecraft has lots of potential and never wastes one bit of it.

So, ROBLOX sucks, Minecraft rules.

Troll=Grief?

People have been arguing about trolling means the same thing as griefing.
Most people don't think that, but I just want to get the facts straight.

Trolling

Trolling usually is harmless, annoying and makes people go 'WHAT THE HECK?'

It can be confusing, annoying, funny, and (as I said) 'WHAT THE HECK?'

EX. of trolling: You're using mob disguise, disguised as a chicken.

You are following someone. Punching them to get their attention.

They're saying "WHAT THE HECK? why is this chicken following me!?!?1?!?1"

That is trolling.

Griefing

Griefing just sucks. Sometimes people record it, such as Avo or Icanhasgrief.
It's torturing people who worked on the server their griefing.
EX. of griefing: You're a griefer. You have 2 stacks of TNT and you spot the owner's house.
You can't resist. You place it all around and inside the house. Then one touch of flint and steel and
the house is gone.

The Difference

There is a huge difference. Trolling is harmless, but annoying.

Griefing is harmful, and amusing, to Avo and their fanboys.

Sometimes griefers only grief bad server, like admin abuser servers.

I do admit, I do watch some griefing videos.

But I don't grief.
